How to use the template

  1. Download the CSV and open it in your spreadsheet app.
  2. Enter each employee's annual PTO hours and pay periods per year (26 for biweekly, 12 for monthly).
  3. Update Hours Used when leave is taken.
  4. Remaining Balance = Accrued YTD − Hours Used (adjust formulas to match your policy).
